ABOUT DANISH DIVERSITY WEEK
Danish Diversity Week is held in April2026 with a clear goal: to create a movement towards more diverse and inclusive workplaces and better mental health.

​During the week, we will:

Create room for knowledge sharing, inspiration and development in organizations

Recognize those who make a difference at the Danish Diversity Awards

Connect people and inspire all of us to meet ourselves and others with curiosity, respect and trust.

Danish Diversity Week is organised in cooperation between Goodtalks and DI - Dansk Industri, and with support for dedicated partners.

PURPOSE
The purpose of Danish Diversity Week is to start a conversation about what kind of labour market we want to create.
A labour market with equal opportunities for all and with room and respect for everyone.

A labour market where we respect each other's differences and are not afraid of those who do not look like us.

A labour market where we dare to break with the habits and traditions of the past and where we break down barriers and build bridges between people — and create a better mental health for all.
