DANISH DIVERSITY DAY

The theme of Danish Diversity Day 2024  is Inclusion starts with Ibecause we all have a responsibility to meet ourselves and others with curiosity, respect and trust.

There are many studies that show that companies that both work strategically to put together a diverse group of employees and to develop an inclusive culture also have better prerequisites for success, including.

  • Increased employee retention: Creating a culture of belonging allows new and experienced employees to feel engaged and included.

  • Stronger Team Identity: Inclusive teams actively seek to help each other by building habits that intentionally include others.

  • Increased psychological safety: Inclusion ensures your employees feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and show up as their authentic selves.

  • Increased team performance: Inclusive habits elevate the collective IQ of diverse teams and lead to improved results.

During Danish Diversity Day we will invite inspiring speakers on stage to share there perspective on how and why Inclusion starts with I.
