ABOUT DANISH DIVERSITY WEEK
Danish Diversity Week is held from 5th - 9th of May 2025 and is a whole week of activities around Denmark with a goal of creating a movement towards more diverse and inclusive workplaces and better mental health.

Different activities will be held across the country and online including Digital Diversity Day, Danish Diversity Day Aarhus and Danish Diversity Day & Awards in Industriens Hus.
​
The overall theme of the week is Diversity and Mental Health - because diversity and inclusion is key to create safe work environments and better mental health.
​
Danish Diversity Week is organised in cooperation between Goodtalks and DI - Dansk Industri, and with support for dedicated partners.
PURPOSE
The purpose of Danish Diversity Week is to start a conversation about what kind of labour market we want to create.
A labour market with equal opportunities for all and with room and respect for everyone.

A labour market where we respect each other's differences and are not afraid of those who do not look like us.
​
A labour market where we dare to break with the habits and traditions of the past and where we break down barriers and build bridges between people — and create a better mental health for all.
